【摘要】目的总结用逐步后退法治疗磨牙弯曲根管的临床体会。方法2010年1—12月期间对81颗下颌磨牙的弯曲根管进行治疗，采用逐步后退法进行根管预备，次氯酸钠溶液冲洗根管，樟脑酚棉捻消毒1~2周，碘仿根管糊剂和牙胶尖侧压充填，拍牙片了解根充情况。结果X线片显示恰填64例，欠填16例，超填1例;欠填病例中3个月、6个月和1年的失败病例分别为6例、8例和12例，成功率为85.2%。结论采用逐步后退法治疗磨牙弯曲根管方法简便，可作为临床备选方法。

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo summarize clinical experience of the treatment with gradually back method of molar bending root canal.Methods81 molar bending root canal were treated by step-back method during January 2010 and December, sodium hypochlorous flushing tube, camphor phenolic cotton twist disinfection for 1-2 weeks, the iodine paste plus gutta-percha cone was used to fill root canals,taking X-ray.ResultsThere was 64 just filling,16 under filling,one super-filling as shown by X-ray.The faiure was six during 3 monthes,eight during 6 monthes,twelve during a year,successful rate was 85.2%.ConclusionRoot canal preparation of molar bending using stepwise regressive method is easier.It is one choice of clinical techniques for root canal preparation.
