【摘要】 目的：探讨后牙纵折保存治疗的理想方法。方法：对67颗纵折后牙采用环扎固定、一次性根管治疗、全冠修复的保存治疗，进行随访观察3年。结果：67颗纵折后牙保存治疗，成功58颗，失败9颗，成功率为86.57%。结论：对后牙纵折采用环扎固定、一次性根管治疗、全冠修复的治疗可有效保存,并发挥正常咀嚼功能。

［ABSTRACT］ Objective： To investigate the ideal method of reserving therapies for posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture. Methods： Sixty seven cases of patients suffering posterior teeth with longitudinal fractures were treated by reserving therapies including circumferential wiring, singlevisit root canal and metal full crown. All the cases were followup for 3 years. Results： Fifty eight cases were reserved effectively and 9 cases were extracted due to failure. The success rate was 86.57%. Conclusion： The teeth with longitudinal fractures can be reserved effectively and perform a good masticatory function by the above therapies.

后牙纵折是指从牙冠到牙根纵形完成裂开，累及牙根或根分叉及牙槽骨。临床上很常见，在治疗上有一定困难，影响保存治疗的成功率，往往被拔除后义齿修复。2003～2006年我科采用钢丝环扎固定、一次性根管治疗后、铸造全冠修复保存，治疗67颗后牙纵折，随访观察3年，效果良好，现报告如下。
