摘要：【摘要】 目的 研究安尔碘作为根管消毒药物，观察其治疗效果。方法 对147颗慢性根尖炎的患牙，做常规根管处理后，随机选用0。5%安尔碘棉捻或FC棉捻消毒根管，同时与封干棉捻相对照比较。结果 安尔碘作为根管消毒药物治疗根尖周疾病效果与FC相比差异无显著性，而FC对机体组织有一定刺激性和细胞毒性，且部分患者会过敏。

Clinical evaluation of Anerdian for root canal therapy

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate Anerdian as a disinfection solution for root canal therapy and observe its effects.Methods After treating 147 teeth which diagnosed as aschronic apicitis were suitable for root canal therapy,divided at random into three groups:0.5% Anerdian treatment group,FC group and dry cotton spill to seal the root canal of them.Results 0.5% Anerdian and FC were not statistically different （P>0.05）,whereas FC had irritability,poisonousness and somebody would hypersusceptibility.Conclusion Anerdian is a safe and effective disinfection solution for root canal therapy.
