摘 要 目的：对BEYOND冷光美白着色牙的临床疗效进行观察。方法：选择要求进行牙齿美白治疗的患者运用Beyond冷光美白剂、美白仪进行牙齿美白。结果：着色牙治疗前后牙齿颜色改变均存在显著性差异，p<0.05、显效率达88.9%。18个月后回访，显效率为77.8 %。结论：Beyond冷光美白仪的特殊光学处理，使照射温度大大降低，减轻了术中对牙髓造成的损伤，显效率明显，值得临床推广使用。
