【摘要】目的研究牙髓塑化液用于一次性根管治疗术的疗效。方法将160例患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规根管治疗术，即开髓、拔髓、根管预备、根管消毒、根管充填及窝洞充填，分3次完成。治疗组采用牙髓塑化液用于一次性根管治疗术，即在常规根管治疗术步骤中，省去根管消毒，在根管充填前导入塑化液，一次完成各步骤。结果 治疗2年后的疗效，对照组与治疗组比较差异有显着性：成功率分别为82.28%、95.06%，且χ2=6.05,P<0.025;痊愈率分别为78.48%、91.35%，且χ2=5.20,P<0.05。结论 牙髓塑化液用于一次性根管治疗术，疗效好，痛苦小，疗程短，值得临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of one-off root canal therapy in which pulp plasticizing fluid was used.Methods The one hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was used conventional root canal therapy ,that is ,access cayvity preparation,extripation,root canal preparation,rootcanal disinfection,root canal obturation and cavity filling ,which were finished by three times.The treatment group was used one-off root canal therapy ,that is ,the step of root canal disinfection was omited, the pulp plasticizing fluid was lead in before root canal obturation, which were finished by once.Results After two years the curative effect of the control group was remarkably different from the treatment group.The success ratios respectively were 82.28%,95.06%,and
