前颌骨矫正对人工腭裂大鼠上颌骨生长发育影响

探讨前颌骨矫正对上颌骨生长发育的影响;检测上颌骨周围 骨缝成骨的活跃程度。方法:以40 d Wistar大鼠建立人 工双侧腭裂模型,Latham矫正器前颌骨矫 正;应用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测上颌骨周围骨缝TGF-β的表达。结果: 免疫组化检 测,矫正第7,14 天后实验组大鼠TGF-β的阳性表达与两对照组之间无显著性差异;原位 杂交检测,从第7 天开始实验组TGF-β mRNA阳性表达明显高于对照组,两对照组之间差异无显著 性。结论:前颌骨矫正后,大鼠上颌骨周围骨缝区有成骨活跃。

〔Abstract〕Objective:To determine the expression of transforming (TG F-β) in t he jugomaxillary sutures,temporomalar sutures and sphenopalatine sutures after p r emaxillary orthopedics.Methods:Immunohistochemistry techni que and situ hybridiza tion technique were used to detect the expression of TGF-β among the subject g roup and tow control groups.Results: TGF-β positive reacti on was not different among the three gropes after orthopedics detected by immunohistochemistry (P >0.0 5) in 14 days.The level of TGF-β mRNA in the subject groupe was higher than th at in th e control after 7~14 days treatment.Conclusion: Orthopedi
