【摘要】 目的 探讨2×4矫治技术在矫正替牙期前牙反中的作用、特点和临床疗效。方法 应用2×4矫治技术配合上颌后牙垫和Ⅲ类牵引矫正替牙期前牙反。结果 2×4矫治技术可以改正前牙反，缩短疗程，同时还可以减少患者复诊的次数。结论 2×4矫治技术矫正替牙期前牙反是一种很有效的方法。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effects and characteristics of 2×4 corrective technique applied in correcting the anterior crossbite during the mixed dentition. Methods The 2×4 corrective technique and biteplate of posterior upper teeth as well as Class Ⅲ elastic force was applied to correct the anterior crossbite of mixed dentition.
