[摘要] 目的对比釉质的表面形貌、钙磷质量比和硬度的变化。方法分别用超越冷光牙美白剂临床装与家庭装漂白体外牙，于漂白即刻以及1、2、3 周后分别用扫描电镜观察釉质表面形貌和钙磷质量比的变化，显微硬度仪检测釉质的硬度。结果漂白后即刻釉质表面均出现脱矿，釉质钙磷质量比和硬度最低，但是1 周后逐渐恢复，2 周后恢复至正常水平，家庭装再矿化速度高于临床装。结论超越冷光牙美白剂临床装与家庭装均会对釉质产生一过性脱矿，但随后可以再矿化并恢复至漂白前的形貌，家庭装的脱矿程度低于临床装。

[Abstract] Objective The aim of this study was to compare the change of surface morphology, calcium phosphate weight ratio and microhardness on the enamel surface of removed teeth which were bleached by two kinds of cold light bleaching agents. Methods All removed teeth were divided into 2 groups according to two kinds of beyond cold light bleaching method: Homely agent and clinical agent. Using SEM to detect the change of surface morphology and calcium phosphate weight ratio, using microsclerometer to test the change of microhardness for four times: Shortly after bleaching, 1 week after bleaching, 2 week after bleaching, 3 week after bleaching. Results After bleaching, demineralizing appeared in both two groups. The enamel shortly after bleaching showed the lowest microhardness and calcium phosphate weight ratio than other period times, even obviously demineralized（P＜0.05）.However, the change of parameters would recover after 1 week and reach normal after 2 weeks.
