【摘 要】目的 研究系统性的心理护和临床舒适性护理在整个正畸治疗中的应用方法，以便研究和指导临床工作。方法 对638例错牙合 畸形的患者采用标准方丝弓技术﹑MBT直丝弓技术﹑舌侧隐形正畸技术进行矫治，对患者正畸前进行心理评估，针对不同心理状况的个体实施与之相适应的心理护理和舒适性护理（或是全身心的整体护理） 结果 通过医护人员在治疗前，治疗中，治疗后全面的心理护理与舒适性护理，所有患者均圆满完成治疗，无因心理，生理不适而放弃或中断治疗者，患者本人及家属对治疗效果与护理工作均感满意。结论 不同年龄的正畸患者治疗时行为表现不一，正畸医师应掌握不同年龄的患者的生理和心理知识，充分同患者和家属沟通，运用心理护理与舒适性护理，使正畸患者在整个疗程中心情放松舒适，完美的完成整个正畸治疗，从而使医护人员更好的为患者服务。
