【摘要】 目的 探讨使用超短波电疗来预防根管治疗期间急症（Endodontic interappointment pain ,EIP）临床疗效的研究。 方法选择140颗死髓患牙一次性根管充填后，随机分为2组。实验组给予超短波电疗，记录各相关因素；常规组不予特殊处理。采用临床观察分析法，观察两组临床反应的差异。 结果 常规组中，32.00%的患牙发生EIP；实验组发生率为9.33%，P＜0.01。实验组较常规治疗组差异均有显著。 结论局部超短波电疗能预防和降低EIP的发生并减轻其疼痛程度。

Clinical observation on prevention of endodontic interappointment pain with ultrashort wave therapy.

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect decreasing of the incidence of endodontic interappointmen pain （EIP） by local ultrashort wave therapy. Methods Ultrashort wave therapy at apica region of 75 teeth with asymptomatic pulp necrosis after root canal therapy, then observing the incidence of EIP and compared with control group.
