[摘要] 目的 通过对干髓术后患牙进行根管再治疗，观察显微根管治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取临床上干髓术后需要根管再治疗的磨牙，在牙科手术显微镜下，配合超声器械进行治疗，并记录治疗过程中患者症状改变及充填效果。结果 52个患牙根管中无根管偏移、台阶形成，根管形态良好。有3例根管超充。结论 干髓术后患牙行显微根管治疗术时，可以提高临床治疗质量，能取得良好的治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective Through retreat the root canal of diseased teeth after pulp mummification, to observe the clinical efficacy of microscopic root canal therapy. Methods select the molars that need root canal re-treatment after pulp mummification, under the microscope in the dental surgery, treatment with ultrasound equipment, and record the change of patients?symptoms, the effect of filling in the course of treatment. Results 52 root canals of diseased teeth without deviation, formation stage, form a good root canal. Have 3 cases of root canal super filling. Conclusion When do the microscopic root canal therapy after pulp mummification, it can improve the quality of clinical treatment and made good therapeutic effect.
