应用微型种植体作支抗压低磨牙的临床研究
方法;如果存在轻度的牙周疾病,正畸治疗之前应进行牙周治疗。在确认炎症已得到控制、口腔卫生维持较好的情况下才可开始正畸治疗。另外,磨牙需压低的量、治疗周期,患者的全身健康状况都需进行考虑。压低磨牙时关于压入力的选择[11],Umemori等[12]推荐使用500 g的初始力值。对处于生长期的青少年,Kalra等[13]建议在压低磨牙时,每个牙使用90g左右的力。 Melson and Fiorelli[14]使用50 g左右的力压低成年患者的上颌磨牙。作者用50~200 g的力值压低3个牙根的上颌后牙,没有明显的牙根吸收。
4 结论
应用微型钛钉种植体作支抗压低磨牙具有一些值得推广的优势,它很少需要患者的配合,操作简单,疗效确切,不失为临床上一种可供选择的好方法。
