【摘要】目的 讨论即刻加载条件下微型种植体碰触牙周膜对初期波动性的影响。办法 选取成年上颌前突患者153名。由Choi定位安装引导，在上颌左右两侧第一磨牙和第二前磨牙之间颊侧植入自攻型微型种植体306枚。术后对植入部位行CT扫描。微型种植体被分为2组：1）完全不接触牙周膜组（Ⅰ组）；2）碰触牙周膜，但未触及牙根组（Ⅱ组）。即刻加载4个月后，采用SPSS 9.0统计学软件对成功率进行统计。后果 306枚微型种植体中，162枚完全未接触牙周膜；136枚碰触牙周膜，但未触及牙根；另有8枚碰触牙根，被扫除在本研讨范围之外。2组微型种植体的成功率辨别为87.0％和65.4％，且二者间差别有统计学意义（P<0.001）。2组微型种植体在上颌左右两侧散布间的差别有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 微型种植体对牙周膜的激惹是招致其初期松动的重要缘由。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the influence of periodontal ligament（PDL） injury on initial stability for immediately loaded mini-implant anchorage. Methods The sample consisted of 153 adult patients with maxillary protrusion deformity. Guiding by the positioning device designed by Choi, 306 mini-implants were inserted by self-tapping in the upper right and left buccal areas between the first molars and second premolars.
